955 Manhattan: 2-Unit Townhome

TKI Constructed two multi-family buildings; one 2-unit townhome and one 8-unit condo building. The townhome building is a 2-story wood framed building. Construction included: condo parkade, townhome garages, outdoor patio and large vinyl windows, and sliding patio doors. The installation of mechanical and electrical systems is designed through consultation with energy modeling. Each parking stall in our secure parking garage comes standard with EV charging infrastructure. All full bathrooms are standard with in-floor heating.
