Shuswap Outpatient Lab – Phase 2

Continuation of SAC phase 1. Removed sections of the concrete slab and block walls for mechanical services and new doors. Conducted selective demolition for new mechanical, electrical services, rooftop equipment, and architectural finishes, including hazardous material abatement. Renovated the space and installed new finishes. Performed exterior patch painting and installed new rooftop mechanical units. Abated asbestos, patched the roof, installed HVAC, and made minor exterior upgrades. Coordinated signage installation. Replaced and renovated mechanical and electrical services, including finishes in adjacent tenant spaces.
