Bobbie-Lee began working for TKI while completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University. Being involved in all aspects of TKI’s projects, Bobbie-Lee enjoys that her job enables her to bring projects to life. She appreciates working with a great team of people who are passionate about their work. With the help of her team, Bobbie-Lee enjoys coming up with creative solutions to resolve unexpected issues.
As the Manager of Special Projects, Bobbie-Lee leads the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. With a focus on budget management, resource coordination, and achieving key performance benchmarks, Bobbie-Lee ensures projects are completed on time and within scope while leading her special projects team. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, trades, and team members, Bobbie-Lee is responsible for communicating progress, resolving conflicts, and managing stakeholder expectations.
