Alex is an experienced Project Manager who has worked on large-scale, multiphase projects. He specializes in construction of large-scale renovations, often with active operations neighboring the project site. Alex is always looking for ways to work efficiently and effectively to produce a high-quality product on time and on budget. He enjoys seeing a project come to life and successfully pushing it across the finish line.
As the Project Manager, Alex is responsible for executing the project plans, managing the budget, and coordinating resources to ensure that objectives are met within the timeframes and quality standards. Alex is the bridge between the Senior Project Manager, including stakeholders, the client, contractors, and TKI team members. Alex is the point of contact to convey progress updates and resolve conflicts.
