955 Manhattan: 8-unit Condo Building

TKI constructed two multi-family buildings; one 2-unit townhome and one 8-unit condo building. The condo is a 4-story Concrete residential building designed with special attention to those with mobility challenges. Construction included: condo parkade, townhome garages, outdoor patio and large vinyl windows, and sliding patio doors. The installation of mechanical and electrical systems is designed through consultation with energy modeling. Each parking stall in our secure parking garage comes standard with EV charging infrastructure. All full bathrooms are standard with in-floor heating.
